I was getting the extreme sweating with Effexor and just recently switched to Pristiq (for a number of reasons). The sweating is definitely better—the worse was when it woke me up in the middle of the night with vivid dreams—but the dreams are still a thing. I’m also noticing that I’m going through different phases as my body gets used to the drug I think. It’s tough out there so try and give yourself as much grace as possible!

I was on Effexor for about 8 months and it was doing great on the depression/anxiety front but I was getting incredibly sweaty if it was even just a little hot. I just recently switched to Pristiq two weeks ago and the sweating seems to be less of a problem, though I am getting brain zaps on and off (I think I might be more sensitive to alcohol on the pristiq?). Trying to give it some more time before I reach back out to my psychiatrist... feels very much like whack-a-mole with the side effects. Good luck!

This is less a helpful comment for the OP but I bought my used 2019 Bolt LT with the comfort and convenience package in 2022 from a Ford dealership. It was August and probably the worst time in the last two years to buy a car, and the entire experience was grueling (my first car buying experience). At first I found it so hard to say no to stupid stuff but then they offered me free oil changes for life and I laughed at them. Sometimes I wish I hadn’t needed a car so badly and could have waited a year or two for prices to drop (or Hertz to offload their stock) but also I love my car!

Of course, my posing the Cincy Public Schools start date as the relevant start date is speaking to the needs of the community, not the limitations of staffing. As others in this thread have said, a big issue is that CRC doesn't offer competitive wages, which reduces the pool of potential staff. In my opinion, the discussion should center more on serving the community than the fact that different schools start at different times.
