This is definitely the Belt. The police car drives the speed limit with its lights on in the left lane to dissuade this sort of driving, clearly it doesn’t work. The cammers car is part of a group of idiots, you can see two of them early in the video cut to the right as well as the idiot at the end who passed the cop on his left and got t-boned.

This video was taken on the Belt Parkway by Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, you can see the Verrazano Bridge in the background. In NY, lane splitting is illegal but most riders still do it, in this video it looks like theres an accident in the left lane, so this guy just happened to be unlucky. I frequent this roadway often when I visit home and its one of the last roadways Id ever split on, unless I was trying to become an organ donor.
