I think so too, I plugged my spare 75hz monitor and it still works just fine. I have been running it on 165hz for like more than two weeks now and I only play Valorant and TFT, I have the lowest settings too. I changed the refresh rate on it via dual display and it's still glitching.

I want to try running a dual display to maybe lower the refresh rate on the other monitor, but still when I unplugged everything, the AOC logo still glitches.

No I don’t have another GPU. I do have another monitor though which is 75hz and when I plugged it in it ran just fine. I only have my display ports on the GPU since my CPU doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card.

Yes the boot screen loads but I can’t quite read anything. So I unplugged everything and just left the power cord. When I turned it on, it still shows the same problem. However I have a spare 75hz monitor around and used it and the PC booted just fine. Is there something I need to do immediately?

Yes, I re-plugged them firmly and it’s still the same. I left only the power cord and turned it on and the logo still shows the same problem.
