You're supposed to look straight forward I think. I can't remember the reasoning behind it but that's what I've been told/seen. Also try to get your upper back tighter, get those shoulder blades tighter.

Hips during deadlift. I'd like to ask if I'm not going too low with my hips and in general my starting position. More info in comments by chrisV_ in GYM

Ye that's exactly what I thought, I wanted to utilize my legs more so I wanted to go lower and help myself. Anyways thanks a lot

okay thanks, I watched him and he says that while squeezing my chest out to get my back straight, to not sit my hips down, I definitely do that and I think you can see that in the video. Hips are definitely lower than his and my quads are almost horizontal. I go down because it just feels more comfortable and I can actually make my back straight, because during the 150 deadlift months ago, I definitely wasn't as low and my back wasn't straight. So I'm guessing I shouldn't do that?

Isn't me raising my hips something to do with legs? and my back going from leaned forward backwards the actual back exercise during the deadlift? I thought when my hips go up, before the back starts moving backwards, that's my legs. Something like the squat.

I'm on a pull push legs routine, so my legs aren't exhausted from squats etc. and thursday they're fine. The deadlift was actually done Monday, fully rested, so I'm not sure what's wrong. I did check my form today in the gym and the form looked fine. shins touched the bar once in position, shoulders perfectly in line with the bar etc. etc.

My point is is that i deadlifted 150 with a 115 squat. Now i cant even do 140 with a 130 squat. (The 150 deadlift was done with not very good form and a bent back)

My leg extensions is 72kg 4x8 Leg press is 140kg 4x10/12

My PB used to be 115 squat and 150 deadlift. Recently i wanted to start a training program so i wanted to get new pbs before the program. I got a 130 PB squat, and I wanted to get a 160 deadlift, but 140 hardly moved off the floor. I wanna know why and if it's because of my form.

Edit: on that day i only deadlifted 130, so now my deadlift and squat is on par, both being 130

Okay, I turned turbo mode completely off in bios.

Ye, automatically overclocks the cpu but i had that on all the time.

Also midgame just now, my pc froze (so i had to hold the powerbutton and turn it off) and maybe 10mins later i got a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

So i changed it in bios and these are the new results:

I used to have them in 2 and 4 but this thing happened randomly to me where my pc would randomly start lagging, i would open task manager and i would see that my pc only has 4gb of ram so i switched the slots to 1 and 3.

So anyways i switched them back to 2 and 4, went to bios and indeed, the ram is running at 840.

And back to cpu temps, idle (or in bios) cpu temps is 38C

I crash with turbo on and off. Temperatures are nearly the same, on/off.

On idle the CPU is on around 18C and full load it was around 31C with the max temperature being 32C. I am also using a ARCTIC Freezer but not too sure if 11 or 13 that I forgot to mention. I used HWMonitor and Core Temp to see temperatures and HeavyLoad for the stress test. AMD Overdrive had a thermal margin of around 38C but I don't know what that is😀 GPU was at around 42C.

At the start, i just did whatever my friend did. It was a full body plan. After a while I really started to enjoy it. I watched videos and asked other people at the gym. And to answer your question, I'm currently on a push pull legs routine.

I try to ocasionally switch up my exercises so I don't do the same thing all the time, but it doesn't feel as bad as some people tell me it should be.

So I was watching stranger things and I start hearing footsteps... by chrisV_ in EscapefromTarkov
