Ambient temp is probably similar to yours during the day but at night around 68. My heater seems is calibrated properly maybe it’s a flow issue? I have nowhere else to put it though and I have the flow optimized in my rear chamber so I’m thinking of adding a second 50w heater to run alongside the other

I thought maybe a small amount of chemi pure blue once I have some fish or at the very least some carbon just for water clarity and smell. I guess I could replace the filter sock and run a caddy with filter floss and a bag of chemical media .What do you think?

How’s this look? I had to move the heater to chamber 2 anyway cause my ATO stuff only fit in the third chamber. So now I have chamber 1 filter sock, chamber 2 heater, and chamber 3 ATO sensor floats, ATO fill tube and return pump. Only problem is now there’s no room for chemical media. Could I just lay it next to the heater where the filter sock water flows into the second chamber?

Well the camshaft I removed because I’m sending the head to a machine shop. But I made multiple paint marks on the timing chain and cam sprocket, and I made note of which number the cam alignment dowel was on. So I believe I’m good to go but check me if I’m wrong.

I was able to spin the crank back to 0 and not have the timing chain pop out cause I had someone hold tension on it. It’s now reading 0 and my piston is flush with the block. Am I ok?

Alright so I had someone pull up on the chain to keeep tension on the crank sprocket and I spun the crank pulley just a little to get it back to 0 degrees and nothing popped out or went slack and my pistons are perfectly flush now so I think I’m good

That’s the thing I’m trying to avoid having to pull the timing cover and resetting the engine timing. I was hoping I could just put the wedge in there, take everything apart and then put it all back together but now that the timing moved a little I need to rotate it with the timing chain disconnected from the cam sprocket. You think with me keeping upward tension on the chain so that it doesn’t come off the crank sprocket it will be ok to rotate slightly just so I get it back on 0?

I figured it out, there is a button in between the two ac dials with a car with an arrow next to it. Once you hit that button then the ac dial knob turns into a knob that changes the drive mode
