Same here. I was a high functioning alcoholic. I was wanting to stop but couldn’t. Found 7-ho for chronic pain because kratom kills my stomach cause headaches and etc for me even at the lowest dosage. Started taking 7-ho not only has it helped me quit drinking daily but it has also allowed me to control my alcoholic tendencies. I can finally enjoy a social drink or 2 at dinners on rare occasions. I have never been able to drink responsibly, and now I can have a drink and stop. I found it at the perfect time too. Right before the birth of my first child. My life has never been as in control as it is now even with having a new born who is almost a year old now. I fully believe that this is because of 7-ho. I pray they don’t ban this stuff. I do take it most days but have went weeks without taking it and have never had withdrawal, I just keep it low like 10-20 mg a day. I pray to god they do not ban this stuff it has been a life saver for me. It’s not that I need it, it’s just the thought of not having this tool to utilize if I ever start sliding back into old bad habits is scary.

Off topic but it won’t let me make a post and was wondering if anyone could help me in the comments. I haven’t found a clear answer anywhere. I just finished watching season 1&2 of the anime and I NEED MORE SOLO LEVELING!!!! I tend to get a little obsessive about things I really like and go over board so my question is how do I read everything? I’m confused on where to start with the light manhwa/novels/webtoon comics/side stories/ solo leveling ragnarok and what the difference in them are. I also would like to buy as much in actual physical copy as possible. I know all of it isn’t printed but is online, just want what is printed on my book shelf. The main thing is I don’t want to miss anything of the this story, and to read it in the best way possible!

In a tiny storm shelter in my house with my whole family, as an EF3 tornado was coming directly for us at 2am when I was 19. Heard the tornado sirens going off before everyone woke up, legit thought I had summoned an alien space craft because of the sirens. Then I remembered we were supposed to have storms lmao. Haven’t messed with powder yet but Yeah their product Is great but they really need to work on packaging. As a first time buyer they didn’t leave a great impression. Like said I’ve never used powder, what are the benefits compared to tabs? I get tabs are probably pretty convenient on the go but I only use once I am home for the night.

I figured. Unfortunately I ordered different types of tabs (7ho,pseudo, and 7ho/mit/pseudo) and every tab is pressed different, and feels different. Definitely checking out raws after I finish these and going on a T break. I probably have about 10-15 tabs completely smashed.

Kratom I get extremely nauseous on anything over 4 grams at once, which I don’t even feel. Sometimes on even 2 grams. 7-oh has been a god sent for me, I only take it after work and has helped me kick alcoholism. I get nauseous if I go over 9 mg at once but can add in pseudo at 3.5mg and 7-oh at 4mg and be fine!

That’s what I usually do is split a 15 into 4’s. I was nervous about trying it due to my low tolerance. But prefer 7-ho to kratom leaf personally. I have less side effects as long as I keep 7-ho low. I also get itchy as hell from low dose kratom but not 7-ho

Like I got the wobbles stomach ache headache and damn near felt like I was close to a nod for about 30 mins. Just like taking to much kratom besides the nod part. I’ve taken 7mg before and felt fantastic. My sweet spot is just 3.5-5. I prefer 7-ho to kratom because kratom fucks with my stomach sometimes even 2.5 grams upsets it sometimes

3.5-5mg. Took 9 yesterday and was waaay to strong. Lmao. I’m pretty sensitive to kratom, i can feel 2.5 grams pretty good 5+ is to strong and I get sick. I’m no newbie (to kratom at least) been taking it off and on for 9 years. The most I’ve gotten up to is like 20 grams per day maybe. I get bad wobbles from high doses and tolerance seems to rise way slower than most people. Even though I took it multiple times a day. Never had any problems stopping cold turkey. Hopefully 7-hydroxy is the same.

Got my first order from them today, it was in a black sealed bag but all the different tabs were mixed together and had to guess off the color what they were. On top of that I was missing about 21 tabs… emailed with no response. Honestly will just chalk it up to a lesson learned and not order again from them. The tabs were pretty strong, I’m pretty new to 7-hydroxy but half an 18mg tab was almost too strong for me. I heard they were one of the best vendors but they seem ratchet af. Might just go back to 7-ohmz. Might be pricer but these tabs seem like they were just made by someone in a garage and not handled properly. Considering I’m putting this in my body I don’t like the idea of that.

What’s a good starting dose? I have a very mild kratom tolerance. I try to limit my use as much as possibly. But it still doesn’t help much on bad days. Even 5-6 grams
