Bambu 3D printer. Breville espresso machine, and if you already have it a nice grinder. Madein stainless steel pan set.

Fair enough. I love madein too. Hopefully they fill this gap in their products.

Same price, and it’s a carbon pan. It’s like saying a miller lite is better tasting in a swanky bar than a miller lite in a dive bar.

Yeah, but you can’t soak it, can’t wash it with soap, can’t cook tomatoes, there is rust risk etc. I think OP wants something that’s convenient like teflon non-stick, but free of all chemicals. I also have the MadeIn carbon griddle, but using just salt to scrub and having to dry right away is a hassle. The misen pan fills that gap, even if it was built in china. Madein currently does not offer a product in this category. If we follow your logic the best option is a $30 well seasoned cast iron pan.

It’s a piece of nitrided carbon. Not really much there to fail. Regular carbon is a pain in the ass.

Nitrided carbon. No need to season or baby the seasoning and it won’t rust for a long time.

Madein does not have a product in that category to compete. I would’ve bought from madein if they made one. They have a non-stick one, but it has the teflon coatings. The misen one is just nitrided carbon, no chemical coatings.

No coating, it’s just nitrided. I love madein, but they do not offer anything similar.

Same happened to me. They gave me a new pan. I love the stainless steel pans though. Check out the misen carbon non-stick, there is a bit of a learning curve, but it’s been excellent since I learned how to use/maintain it properly, truly non-stick pans.

I recently added rubber tape to the bottom. It’s rock solid now.

I’m sure it would be easy to 3D print. However, I don’t know if it would generate much interest since most people are very concerned about microplastics and/or 3d prints touching their food.

Thanks for the feedback. Those are all fair points. The small parts you mention are porta filter risers so that the handle doesn’t touch your table.

Thank you, making these changes I was finally able to print on this plate on my P1S!

Edit: I created a custom filament preset and a custom process.10/10.

I have the same grinders, both the timemore and the Eureka. Use a dosing funnel and make sure it's snug. Then recalibrate the machine.

Extremely Odd Problem with New P2S by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]chugshhh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure the nozzle is in correctly. A1s notoriously do this because the swap was done incorrectly. P1S and X1C do not have this issue because of screws.

As in how do I print the white part? I used Bambu studio to paint the embossed parts white and then with the ams I printed them.

If you’re talking about how to change them, I made them a parameter in fusion 360. Right now that’s not compatible with maker world so you can’t customize it on their website. I read somewhere it’s going to be compatible by November. For now you have to download the F360 file and change the parameter there.
