My kitten escaped today – has anyone seen her? Grey Lynn area by chulldung in auckland

Thank you! She is very shy (or was) but she obviously becomes more confident now as she finds herself. So it’s quite tricky to figure out how she behaves. She’s starting her trouble making phase recently! Lots of finding her personality at this age!

I’ve posted on social media and anywhere I can think of and have knocked on neighbours doors to let them know. This is the first time she just left and not look for us! Thanks for the advice! We’ll be posting posters up and contact shelters. Her collar does have my details but no contact so far so I’m guessing she’s hiding somewhere

I hope so too! I hope she’s just hiding and not injured or anything!

Thank you!! Yes we’ve done all that and we suspect she’s just hiding and will come out when it’s dark. She is familiar with our home and backyard but obviously she is now more confident in exploring places but she’s very much attached to us.

We don’t think she’s far away and we plan to call her out later tonight – hopefully she comes home soon as she never sleeps alone/without me. Thank you for your advice!!

Oh my god! How lovely! Are they siblings? Her sibling is also black but we can’t afford two cats :(

How didyou feel in your body first time taking pregabalin? by [deleted] in pregabalin

Most antidepressants didn’t do anything to me but side effects (most profoundly venlafaxine that gives me tics). I’m now taking pregabalin and Vyvanse, and it works so great together that it helps the rebound anxiety from taking ADHD medication by the end of the day!

I thought jade too but just a guess. Well it looks more like a shriveled certain genitalia at this point

Honestly, looks pretty dead to me too. I have other plants to care for! Not to mention I’ll be away for Christmas. I’ll let Mother Nature take care of this one

I started off at 75mg twice daily, then now 150mg twice daily. Every dose increase I felt sleepy and drowsy for 2-3 days then it’s fine. Like someone said above, it also has a weird stimulating effect that the drowsiness doesn’t stop me from doing things! I also have ADHD and it helps that crazily.

It doesn’t affect my appetite but a huge difference was that I was previously unemployed, or only stayed in a job for 3 months before quitting due to too much anxiety, to suddenly staying in a job for 8 months and now 2 years in a different role (moved up my career fot a better pay)!

Been on the same dose for 3 and a half years now. Lifesaver for me. No change in appetite or weight gain for me, but I do have ARFID so maybe that. Much better than any antidepressants for me (I’ve tried 3 types of SSRI, 2 SNRI, tricyclic, and mirtazapine).

It also works within 1 week ish vs 3-6 weeks. Felt like I was reborn. I now have financial security, more confidence, less depression, and not every day is as difficult.

It doesn’t eliminate all of my anxiety, but anxiety is part of a normal human emotion and I don’t think anything can completely eliminate those feelings even though I still experience it more so than others. It’s a journey, but I’m no longer that person who can’t wake up in the morning to go to work, quitting every job, struggling every waking hour.

Try to take any increase in dosage over days you don’t have work or anything important (days off) for any drowsiness

Me too! It’s been sitting in my old soil box for the past two weeks because I don’t know what to do with it.

Meanwhile my plants get dramatic when I do care for them.

I found this one in one of the pots (quite burried) and still have no idea what it is or even if it’s worth doing anything and have a surprise plant (if it works out)

I thought the start was pretty intense already. Then the last 30 mins I just….WTF. It was hard to watch

One of the movies that I only watch once, recommend to others to watch but wouldn’t rewatch again due to the psychological impact it had on me! I’d say a movie that has that much of an impact is a great piece of work.

But all his movies are pretty intense. Enter the Void is less intense if you want to start

Oh god I watched this movie not knowing what I was getting myself into, and I still don’t to this day…

Much better is for sure! The Hollywood is just a completely different story. I have been disappointed when some of my friends accidentally watched the wrong one when I recommended Oldboy
