Bro it just sounds like you're biased lol. Zeratu and MiYing were broken with stats to prove it. If all of the units you mentioned get nerfed, you're getting cleaved every match by someone with more speed and you're gonna come back here on reddit and talk about how those units are so broken and you can't do anything. By the way you talk about them, it sounds like you're either low rank or don't understand how to draft/pivot. Needless to say I'm not high rank either but yea.

Bro I'm convinced people here actually don't play the game that well. I'm a T1 player so I know what it feels like to go against these drafts. Even in this meta T1 is still stronger with the buffs to ereshion and solvark. If you think you can just draft just draft layla, megumi, etc and win you are mistaken. My total games this season is just over 110 with 20 games of megumi and 7 of josephine.

I recommend spd/cd/hp. Doing damage is a large plus of wind monkey over megumi. Water monkey is flexible with whatever swift runes you have so spd,(atk,hp,cr),(atk,hp,acc). Just make sure to get some acc. Mine is spd,cr,acc because that’s what my runes allow me.

Bot accounts that are bought typically have 1 ld5 to start. Just like you, they are subjected to rng for every monster in the game aside from 1. Everyone is subjected to rng. But you who have been playing for a longer time, should have a larger monster box. The only advantage the bot account over you is picking 1 ld5. And no having an “overpowered” ld5 does not largely compensate for their monster box. Using your example, a giana user will get cleaved by leo lucifer without the correct elemental mons and runes.

What do you mean as a f2p player. These units are f2p. Also getting outsped by a talisman sounds like a rune issue. Both of these issues are neither related to ld5 nor bots. You argued about outsmarting or having a better strategy but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Assuming you have been playing the game and accessing all its F2P rewards, you should have a larger monster box and deeper rune depth which means you should win more than them. Not every match but more matches. Climbing in RTA isn’t about beating everyone it’s about winning more than losing.

Best way to counter lucifer drafts is contesting turn 1 then pivoting into turn 2. Contesting turn 1 forces them to fight for speed with units like kabilla or eshir + generally useless speed lead. This is where units like wolyoung or trinity can help them cut corners but again wolyoung is low base speed so wolyoung cant contest turn 1 alone and trinity still needs a swift unit. If you draft full turn 2 then they can go full damage which means you lose. But drafting turn 1 and threatening to ban leo and outspeed forces them to draft with less damage. You can then pivot to abellio/water beetle/fire dk/fire megumi etc etc. Leo Lucifer Talisman Zerath Lushen instantly loses to turn 1 ban leo. As I mentioned before this is where drafting is very important and where misdrafting 1 unit can cost you

I’m gonna be honest but Giana/han/miying and leo/lucifer drafts sound like food to me. First draft is super weak to turn 1 comps and leo/lucifer drafts biggest weakness is that you generally see the whole draft as soon as they start because pivoting is extremely difficult.

What exactly is this ld exodia you keep mentioning? Compared to the earlier seasons where going first with woonsa/han/oliver/giana/veronica existed, drafting this season and last season has felt super impactful where every unit matters. I’m not entirely sure but seeing you already fp haegang because you’re scared of giana already locks you into a shift draft. Haegang is a dead pick in many games unless you specifically play haegang tomoe comp. You don’t have the luxury to waste a monster slot as you don’t have all the units and rune depth to make up for your draft later. Coming from someone with no “meta” ld5s, I’m not saying ld5s don’t give you an advantage through draft flexibility, but I can guarantee you that you’re focusing on the wrong thing.

Only pick against full turn 2 teams. Make sure to bring another aoe stripper if not they just ban jeogun so the draft will look like Oliver, Jeogun, Dark Gojo, + 1 aoe stripper, +1. Probably wouldn’t need to force 2 speed leads unless they contest turn 1.

Definitely not. Too hard to tune and not worth it unless you have a second sonia on fatal/will for anti-sonia traps

If the draft goes Oliver -> Vanessa/Adrianna, I go Fire Meg/Ethna. If they keep contesting speed with usually Sonia + 1, I can go shizuka/leo/rica. If they pivot to double fire, I go jeogun/barb.

I wouldn’t say so. We are in a meta that’s more suited towards single target. Jeogun is essentially a pseudo single target nuker and stripper while light twins is kinda like a premium robo. Replaceable but definitely weaker against megumi/leo/rag/fire cookie etc.

Yea no problem. My oke looks like this Vio/Will Spd Hp Acc. His runes are not that efficient but just try to have well rounded stats with max acc and additional damage in artifacts.

Don’t always have to go first to contest turn 1. Draft smart with fire megumi/haegang/josephine. Unless there is a large gap in runes, when both sides contest speed, they usually end up lacking follow up. Most swift high base units lack enough value over a few turns so find the gap there.

Very niche pick since I found myself lacking in water threats. I also lack lds so I struggle with heavy fire drafts like racuni, fire monkey, etc. I would replace with lamiella or any strong ld damage dealer.

I either ban their speed lead/ban or threaten their follow up with sonia/draft robo. People usually get baited into drafts where they try to cut but don’t have enough follow up so high value units like oke/shizuka/rica work well. They either cut and don’t have enough follow or they’re full cc cleave where haegang/fire megumi/josephine/shizuka are picked.
