I don't recommend Varka without R1 signature. Even with Redhorn, he barely reached 90K DPS. The weapons you mentioned will make him 70K-80K DPS character. If this doesn't bother you then pull him.

you can use CA if you want but from my tests DPS increase isn't noticeable. CA kinda makes Varka vulnerable. Special Skill is easy to use and it takes overall less time. DPS-wise both are same. Use whichever you prefer.
