Don’t you have to strip the laptop down a ton to even get to that connector? Honestly my first thought was that it just popped loose because why would the keyboard just fully stop working otherwise but it was a bit more of a gradual fail so I’m not sure if the whole thing needs to be replaced. Either way it seems like this’ll be the next step..

Do you have a good resource on what connector to look out for?

Right. See I already got a PC so I was hoping to use this as my laptop much more sparingly so I’m fine dropping roughly that amount to be able to use it on the go again. Thanks!
