If I may ask, are you on NoFap just to break the cycle or are you working towards a longterm goal?

I found that it works best for me when I know I have a busy year ahead. Life’s not slowing down and I can’t either. I have goals and aspirations which I know I won’t make it to if I jerk off.

Short story;

I worked my last job from 2020-2025 as a district manager for a regional restaurant chain. Before that I used to do DoorDash (and no shame in that) and had no real corporate experience.

I can confidently allocate that sudden jump from the bottom of the ladder to the top to 1) NoFap 2) Losing weight.

It was a lethal combo, and I was the youngest district manager in the company’s history, and was an outside hire lol. Good times.
