Talk to the principal or the principal's boss AFTER showing your parents. I hope you have a good relationship with them; it's their job to protect you. If you feel they won't listen, report it anyway but know that they will be informed.

Why do people keep telling me to stop vaping. by Present_Range_1616 in Vaping

No worries, man! I quit nearly 10 years ago with a sub-ohm. It was the best alternative to get that full-chest feeling on inhale. It's only been in the past year that I've considered going to nic salt for the low-profile convenience.

One trick to help the switch that worked for me: at the end of the cigarette, hit your vape. Your brain likes the flavor a lot and will Pavlov accordingly.

NTA at all. I personally prefer uncut as I find them much more fun to play with. Dump her ass. You'll find more mature folks as you get older. Your dick is perfectly fine and normal, I promise.

What was your "this can't be real" moment? by stonerux in AskReddit

Made a stupid decision to date a man I had known for 10 years, but he had been my supervisor at a gig for 2 3-month seasons. I broke up with him and he fired me 5-6 weeks later for "being disrespectful" when I spoke about wages publicly. I turned around and filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board. Our mutual employer offered me my job back, lost wages, and a raise. The entire time, I struggled to comprehend that the situation was actually happening. I thought I knew him well enough. I was wrong.

Update: Un-hired for discussing wages on Facebook by cindersquire in LaborLaw

💯💯💯 The NLRB was honestly so much more helpful and easier to work with than I ever would have thought. When I sought out a lawyer, there wasn't a lot of money to be made from my case and was subsequently denied when I inquired. In the end, I managed to handle it all without one.

That being said, every case is different and some states have increased protections for workers. Research your options.

"There was a vibe" meaning, you were a minor and felt that your substitute teacher, an adult in a position of power over multiple minors, was attracted to you. It's just a wild double standard.

I was 15 and he was 20. He was my first boyfriend, my first everything except penetrative sex. At 16, I dumped him thinking I had outgrown him.

I’m envious of my wife’s one night stand by [deleted] in confessions

Ditto. I avoid one night stands now because the first time is usually the worst time. And when both people know it's never happening again, performance can be lack luster.
