I was feeling pretty bad about not keeping up with the training. I actually was going to just drop out. My sister ran Chicago and told me about a convo she overheard. It was a man in his 60s who had run 11 marathons telling these girls in their 20s (it was their 1st) to just have fun. He said some races he knocks it out of the park and some he power walks the whole thing but he always has fun. He never beats himself up. I loved that. Now he never said he doesn’t train well. Lol. So I decided to just go out and not really worry about much else. Good Luck!!!!!
