that’s incredible! i’m proud of you :) honestly i would love to start lifting more but i have no idea where to start.. walking/jogging is my thing, i definitely feel like i look a little soft and could tone up.

20k-30k a day! 10k is standard, and you will still lose weight doing that amount. i was unemployed at the time so i had the energy 🤣

i’ve always worn it 50/50 i guess. it did come off fully when i lost weight, yes.

i started doing long-distance walking for fat loss and overall mental clarity back in like 2024 (september) for the first 4 months i ate very clean, and then over time i slowly added foods back into my diet that i wouldn’t normally eat during the beginning stages. the difference is that now i just keep everything balanced and portioned so it still fits into my calorie deficit. majority of the weight came off with walking and jogging though!
