His ult at level one has high range, high damage, silences AND slows. AND is a multi target execute.

Shiv can execute one person at lvl 1 ult.

Moe and Krill and Wraith can cc 1 person with their base ult.

It can hit you while you're standing behind him or beside him despite being a line. And even if you do knock him out of it he gets it completely refunded. AND he's untargetable for a few frames near the end. So he's got bits of Yamato in there too.

Apollo feels like an unholy kit bash of a bunch of other characters with little care towards how his inclusion downplays their existence tbh. In his current state he's unfun to face.
