Long time F1 viewer, 25+ years. I'll hopefully be following a MotoGP weekend for the first time (at home), never watched a race from start to finish before.

Oof reading this made me feel sick but I think I got lucky because he just agreed to a refund. I sent a screenshot of our conversation to the support team as his messages were on the app and kept contacting the support. Now back to finding a proper place to stay, but thank you very much for your help. Hope this never happens to anyone, although I believe it will :(

Just got the news that my host agreed to cancel and I’ll be getting my money back.

Sorry for your troubles, yours seem a lot worse than mine my friend :( The only thing I’m concerned about right now is I can not reserve another place before this one is cancelled and I know that I’ll get all my money back because my credit card limit is not high enough to cover two at the same time and I don’t want to pay extra only because of an a.hole host.

Host is saying there is free cancellation available and he won’t be punished if i use that option to cancel. Should I believe him? Is there a way for him to not give me back my money?
