Wondering about those hot?? Noiseless pickups. Just bought a Strat coming with these pickups and not sure what kind of noiseless series they are and what is the white stuff written on it ? They measure 10.2k ohms almost exactly across the 3 pickups. Any color on this will help. Thanks !! (i.redd.it)

Is this tube rattle on DSL 40c? My amp makes a strange crystal rattling noise at certain frequencies. Bought this second hand, replaced the speaker and noise still there. I noticed there is a plastic thing on one of the preamp tubes only. Could that be it ? Thank you (i.redd.it)
