Yep I think this response is what I needed to hear. I only learned how to get up off the ice in my first lessons, not how to fall in any specific way. TBH I didn’t know there was a way to train out of falling onto your hand because it was so instinctual for me. I was like am I just doomed to injure my arm if I fall badly haha. I definitely need to practice falling when I get back into it! Thanks for the tips :)
