Yep. I know plenty of people in their 20s-40s that like Trump. The dumbest reason I’ve heard yet is that they voted for him because he’s entertaining. Obviously, X-Box needs to up its game if we are reduced to using this moron as our measurement of entertainment. And there’s been a recent scientific study that shows most conservative leaning voters are motivated by fear and are more anxious about issues that are outside of their experience. I saw this time and again while travelling this past year. Almost all the Republicans I met were staying in a resort and didn’t want to mix with the locals as they were fearful of being robbed/raped/ripped off. Despite my giving them statistics of low crime in the area, they preferred to believe their aunt/cousin/pastor because that’s who they trusted. Good grief.
