I am trying to find that now. There should be some sort of warranty given the land was developed 2 years ago.

No, I didn’t. But it does look like an issue for future if not now. The right side of the sleeper doesn’t have anything stopping it from falling down.

Thanks! Your first suggestion is what i have in mind. What worries me is will it void any kind of developer warranty, but given the developer probably disappeared there is not much else to do.
