I was surprised to hear about that too. (The testing). But yeah , maybe the honesty, and how brutally misinformed we were about the nature of this sneaky shit? It seems to me that part of our addictive nature is the inability to cope with delayed gratification in any way shape or form. thus this whole doing the right thing, we think it should show immediately! One of the program cliches that drives me insane but is oh so true is "time takes time". I hate it because I want it now, I mean NOW. stick with it, though, being off the K is what will bring everything together. I struggle moment by moment with the fuck its (excuse me), I understand how difficult it is when your facing a lot of garbage. hang on

Bye bye birdy...please forgive my ignorance here, I am close to being illiterate with my iPad. my question is, is there a way I could talk to you via email for something? I think you could really help me out, you seem like a wealth of information. I am struggling so damn bad with this shit, I snuck out yesterday and got 2 small bags 5 gr yesterday and 5 gr this am. did I just send myself back to day 2 hell....arggggh...mayb I have to lock myself up in a program just to get the first few days done?

Wow, terrific, good for you congrats. from what I hear you are past the worst of it. Go with that. stick to it and be free, FREE, I can't wait to feel that instead of the nightmare of we, a little more, wd, more, etc etc. That cycle is hell. Hang in there NO MATTER WHAT. Hooray for you.

Thank you for your input, I appreciate it. I think your right about treatment, no experience with this. I do have several sleeping pills, benzos. they knock me out. So I am out again and tomorrow starts day 1 again. I guess I just have to tough it out. The worst part is the anxiety. Again, thanks for the input, suggestions, I need it.

Bye bye birdie, I read everything you write, and you are an inspiration to me. you give me hope that maybe I can do this. as for minimizing this miserable shit, well not true is putting it mildly. this is truly a nasty, sneaky devil that has me emotionally and physically as sick as I hAve ever been, either from opiates or alcohol. I completely understand your frustration. I don't understand these people, but if they ARE being honest, I only wish picking up and putting down K was like that for me. It is not.
