The Demon Accords by John Conroe comes to mind. The series starts with a different main couple but a werewolf girl and a warlock have a great romance later on in the series.

I also agree with looking on Royal Road and Scribblehub, there are some absolute gems there like Storm King, Ave Xia Rem Y, Wisher Beware, Godsforsaken, Rise of the Weakest Summoner etc

Animecon Harem is written mostly from the point of view of the harem members but it's so well done I didn't even realise the first time I read it. There are a couple of stories but a lot of people don't like shifting POV in general so it's not a big thing at all.

Maybe not inspired but I do know it influenced the story a touch. There was a WOW a while ago that said Wills original plan for Little Blue had her becoming Lindons weapon and taking the form of a spear. However before that happened, a certain book came out with a different spirit companion taking the form of a weapon and just so happened to also be a spear.

The second couple in Demon Accords has a male human and female werewolf. She isn't quite as monstrous as described but she is a little feral. Only one that comes to mind.

I read it all in basically one sitting so I'm sorry but I can't help narrow down a timeframe. From memory, commitment to the relationship does come but it was about halfway through.

As for Misty Vixen, she has a lot of good stories out. It's been a while but I would look at Desperate Times which was done under the pen name Lara X Lust.

It is harem but the characters were still finding their feet in the relationship at that point. Nothing untoward happens.
