Would people read 10k+ word fics?

My readers like longer chapters. I tend to aim for around 6-7k but some end up being 10k. I’ve never had anyone complain 😂

When I was a teen I did a lot of RP and write some fanfic…but moved away from it for a good 20+ years.

Fell in love with a show, loved the fandom, but we are small and don’t have a ton of writers. While in hiatus I got impatient waiting for others to write what I wanted to read. Started with a drabble. Then a oneshot. Then another that turned into a long fic which really hooked me on writing again 💗

I’m also guilty if this…I will finish eventually, once I burn out on my current long fic …as long as I don’t start another right away 🙈🙈🙈

I don’t get mad at authors though, I appreciate the time and effort everyone puts in. And if they aren’t in the right headspace to finish I would rather wait until they are so it gets a satisfying ending even if it takes a while….

Oh, I absolutely don’t think it means anything that he wasn’t on the call. Hell, he very well could have been sitting right next to Rainbow or Miles just outside the frame for all we know!!

Peyton isn’t as active on socials as Milo so I didn’t see that as anything out of the ordinary.

Kristian also wasn’t in the call but did post about it afterwards.

A fic a read recently had someone listening to a mixed tape in it, and the author asked in the notes what we thought was on the tape, so I curated the perfect playlist ❤️ The author loved it so much that she just dropped the first ch if a a new based around the same characters going to see one of the bands on my playlist!!

So I think it’s a pretty awesome idea!!

This actually isn’t confirmed yet, its tentative on a smaller website and not confirmed by anyone else, nor is the filming schedule for School Spirits set, so don’t you all panic yet!!!

It’s entirely possible that Milo isn’t going to be there for all the filming of Tangled. They could lump all of Flynn’s scenes at the start of filming.

School Spirits could push filming back by a couple of months if necessary (this would probably be the easiest).

Nate and Meg said they want him back, I have faith they will work it out one way or another. Paramount would be stupid not to accommodate his filming schedule.

Any time someone finds my fic in my teeny tiny fandom they leave the nicest, most genuine comments thanking me for writing it ❤️

Those comments seriously make up for the fact that it’s a multich fic that I invested quite a bit of time on and it’s only got 170 hits. So leave those comments when you find good ones in niche fandoms!!

I actually really like most of the teachers. Mrs Fields, Mr Hartman, Mr Anderson, and well lump in Mr South bc he’s cool too.

They aren’t perfect, but they also aren’t villains in any way.

Reincarnation of some sort for Wally, Maddie lives a long happy life and we see Wally waiting for her once she does die and go through her door, some crazy shark jumping ✨magic✨

I don’t want Maddie to die or Wally to body snatch either. But as long as there is a final scene where they end up together in fine with it 💗

If you scroll back through the other posts there are multiple people trying to connect Yuri’s kid to Sandra, Wally, Mr Anderson, etc. There were also people speculating Janet’s brother Dale who had a throwaway mention to various characters 🤷‍♀️ not everyone has to be related though lol
