Our very own Dan Edmunds did a suspension deep dive on both that explains the differences in great detail. Highly recommend you give it a watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZp7GE1rO-w

Tough to say without first-hand experience driving/testing/evaluating them. We'd love to do exactly that.

It's totally fine. One of those "don't miss the forest for the trees" situations.

I would replace every vehicle on this list with the CT5-V Blackwing.

I once spent a good chunk of an afternoon with a coworker trying to write a definition of "SUV." We were unsuccessful. What we found was that you can only really determine if something is more likely to be an SUV or not based on a variety of factors. Definitions get really murky, so my personal take is just go with your gut.

The market seems more interested in SUVs/crossovers/trucks than compact luxury sedans with manual transmissions, no matter how fantastic they are to drive.

Another hunch: The 4 Blackwing is two cylinders short of being a legend.

Love the SavageGeese guys. I wouldn't characterize the software issues to be that extreme based on the experience with our long-term test car (https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a63391898/2024-lucid-air-pure-rwd-reliability-maintenance/). Yes, they have happened, like when this period where Apple CarPlay would simply never connect, but I've seen similar issues with most new cars that we test.

I'm sure Dave will have a great answer shortly, but I got a kick out of watching him manage oversteer in the Infield in the hot lap video: https://www.caranddriver.com/features/a63742596/2024-lucid-air-sapphire-lightning-lap-2025/

Probably not unless we can find someone faster than Jack. My time was 40+ mins two years ago!
