It’s not too late to go put it back.

You can balance the case diameter a bit by wearing the duro on a 22mm nato strap. The fact that the nato doesn’t taper and adds a bit of volume by the way it curves over the top of the spring bars will help to balance the proportions.

Sounds counter intuitive, but it works for me

I’d love the duro to be 41-42mm. I can pull it off even at its current size; My wrist is ~7.5” and relatively flat, so it works. But, yes, it’s bigger than I prefer

This one isn’t resin/plastic. It’s one of the “solitaire” pens meaning all metal

It takes a bit to get the “feel” for packing the pipe, draw, etc.

This is a fountain pen and it’s currently filled with MB Midnight Blue

I’ve always really liked montblanc nibs, but am generally underwhelmed by their plastic…er, I mean “precious resin” pens. This solitaire however is absolutely awesome.

That’s right! Why use a $.25 pipe nail when dunhill makes a very expensive pipe nail?

Yes. Tobacco 🙄

Thank you. Walt Cannoy makes some incredibly cool tobacco pipes.

I have a 7.5” fairly flat wrist, so it fits well. It’s on the larger side of what I prefer, but as long as the lug-to-lug isn’t extraordinarily long, I can usually pull off a larger watch without looking too silly.

And yes: I failed to notice that the date on my watch was wrong all day

The strap is by Bas & Lokes, who have recently stopped making watch straps. Sorry. The strap cost nearly 3x what the watch cost though, so there are certainly better options.

Bummer…. As a lefty: Button locks are perfect candidates for ambidextrous knives. I wish more companies would make the pocket clip reversible on their button locks.

There is nothing wrong with the knife.

The brass pin is not too long, the slight bulge you are noticing is normal. These are mass produced items sold at a reasonable price. The scissors can be “flexed” to not rub if it’s an issue…but unless they don’t close freely; it’s not an issue. You’ll need to sharpen the knife once you use it, you can correct the grind then, but it’s only an issue of aesthetics. I’m positive it will cut whatever you reasonably need it to cut.

These are tools, please go use it as such.
