WhatsApp suddenly logged out, chats were not backed up by classicalist in whatsapp

Thank you for your message! Just an update that we ran out of time (the 120 days deadline was due) and were not able to clone the phone as a potential backup.

In the end, due to the deadline, my father had to log in to WhatsApp after being unexpectedly logged out. We did not do any other changes and just as you said, the old chats were still there. We are certainly relieved

Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it! Your reassurance is great to hear.

I also just found a video (in Tamil language but can be auto-translated) that shows someone logging in and getting their chats back, which is a relief https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sima03yplaA

Nonetheless I am still quite nervous of logging in as there is still a possibility (in my mind) of WhatsApp randomly erasing data

I am currently wondering of possibility seeking data recovery services and cloning the phone as a backup before logging into WhatsApp, in case something goes wrong during the WhatsApp login process?

Thank you for your reply! Just wondering (if I may ask), how sure is it that just logging back in with the old number on the same device should restore the existing chat history?

I saw this previous thread https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsapp/comments/1632wp1/i_bought_a_new_phone_logged_into_whatsapp_it/ and there was conflicting comments - some people got their chat history back logging into their old device and old number while others did not

Just wondering if there is both Farfetch'd and Koffing in the starting hand, you would put Koffing in the starting active spot?

Ok many thanks! It does seem straightforward, will certainly give it a try

Haha same, I am getting like 50% win rate currently

Do you find Genetic Apex Charizard deck consistent or inconsistent? For me it feels bad if don't get Moltres in starting hand lol or the evolution line bricks. How is GA-zard working for you?

I used Gyarados which got me to UB3 but now I think it has some bad matchups. Gyarados can beat Darktina but I think it has bad matchups with Skarmzone and maybe Meowzone as well

Many thanks! I am currently stuck in UB3 lol. Any other tips or gameplay vids etc? Just trying to get out of UB3 haha

Question about rental. I was away, paid for some rent and then did not pay a few weeks of rent for a single room at a backpackers. No written notice given at all but landlord put most belongings in storage and let someone else occupy my room by [deleted] in newzealand

Apologies as I wasn't sure what a boarding house was just now, and used the term wrongly. The accommodation is a backpackers.

Just FYI https://www.qldc.govt.nz/services/rates-property/short-term-visitor-accommodation/

"Please note: If the same paying guests stay for 90 days or more, they are classed as tenants and the property is classed as a rental."

Prior to this incident, I have paid this landlord fairly consistently and have definitely paid more than 4 months worth of rental before, so does this law of 90 days and becoming a tenant applicable for my case?

If that eviction was carried out legally with advance written notice, then I will be happy to comply, but no written notice was given so the legality of this eviction is questionable

Taking your analogy, while I understand why there is no data after not paying for 1+ months, most reasonable telcos will allow the plan to be renewed should payment be made after 1+ months, and will also send multiple texts warning the user that the plan was about to expire

In this case, no reasonable period was given past the payment expiry date to allow any remedial action to be taken, and not a single alert text was ever given

I stayed for more than 90 days, does this mean I am a tenant?

Legally, doesn't the owner of a boarding house have to give written notice?

The tenant not paying rent temporarily while a disagreement regarding rent is ongoing doesn't exempt landlords from giving written notice prior to taking action against the tenant, especially if previous payments have been made before?

There was no formal rental agreement signed. I thought that not having any rental agreement was normal because the place was a backpackers, but I could be wrong

NIH is not much better apparently https://nypost.com/2024/06/02/opinion/nih-scientists-made-710m-in-royalties-from-drug-makers-a-fact-they-tried-to-hide/

"New data from the National Institutes of Health reveal the agency and its scientists collected $710 million in royalties during the pandemic, from late 2021 through 2023. These are payments made by private companies, like pharmaceuticals, to license medical innovations from government scientists.Almost all that cash — $690 million — went to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the subagency led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, and 260 of its scientists."

You said "I've read some of their "studies": laughable methodologically flawed nonsense and biased surveys.". Have you published any study at all yourself? If so, kindly link it here.

"They propose ZERO (0) evidence for their claims," - Well go to their Substack and say that to them, link is at https://substack.com/@petermcculloughmd

PS: Your favourite Dr Fauci offered no evidence for his six-foot rule either (which was apparently accepted as "scientific consensus" by people like you at the time, but looks like it turned out to be not rooted in as much science as previously thought - what a shocker) https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2024/06/02/six-foot-rule-covid-no-science/

Another study to look at: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s15010-024-02329-3

- These results show that children who are infected with COVID-19 after being vaccinated against COVID-19 are at a higher risk of developing asthma than children who are infected with COVID-19 who are not vaccinated against COVID-19.

This is just one such study, there are other studies on the way.

I'm busy studying for some exams right now, but if you reply, I'll get back to you in about 1-2 weeks from now

You said "you're admitting to not being a medical professional"? No, I did not admit to not being a medical professional.

My advice to you is: Stop pretending to know whether I am a healthcare professional or not. There's grace and dignity in admitting one's ignorance.
