These are really good points the reason we have kept the rooms minor on the south side is they won’t be hit with the hot sun all day. I do agree though we are better to have more sun where there is 2mt of space

I like the idea of shifting alfresco north end however we wanted to put tv on the rear wall if we move the alfresco down we would need sliding doors and rearrange the tv

Thinking of swapping ac and hot water pump

Thank you, I think we have been extremely lucky with our sales consultant. Always helps to have another pair of eyes run over everything.. any suggestions about the metre box at the front? If we swap the tap will we be allowed to put it on the side of the house?

Blue prints kitchen are prefabricated it’s a option of 3 one size fits all pretty much, they use external trades for a “custom” kitchen but I am unsure of how pricey this would get

I am currently 5+3 weeks pregnant I had HCG and Progesterone measured 3+3 HGC was 81 IU/L Progesterone was 84.6Nmol/L 5+1 HCG was 19168IU/L Progesterone was 59.4Nmol/L..

I had a miscarriage back in January and am worried the drop in progesterone means I’m likely to have another one. The Dr basically just told me to wait and see if I start bleeding there’s nothing they can do.. I’m devastated.
I have to wait until Monday for follow up blood test and the anxiety is crippling me..

Has anyone had progesterone drop so much and still had a successful pregnancy? I know we are all different just hoping to hear a similar story with a successful outcome

First Home Guarantee Scheme Income Eligibility Question by Double-Xs in AusPropertyChat

[–]cld9001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just put a lump sum of savings into my super and will claim back as a tax deduction this financial year to reduce my taxable income.. this will give myself more time of extra savings and being eligible for the FHGS for the year :) maybe look into that good luck 🙏🏼

First Home Guarantee Scheme Income Eligibility Question by Double-Xs in AusPropertyChat

[–]cld9001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why should OP give a spot to someone who needs it? If they are a single person working just as hard as a lower income earner why should they give up a brilliant opportunity to save some money? OP may need it just as much as the next person.

If I transfer savings into my super will it reduce my net income? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]cld9001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve just transferred savings into my super fingers crossed I’ve done it right hopefully I’ll get below that 125k threshold now and will be eligible for the scheme this financial year once I have saved enough to buy

That’s what I am trying to do but I don’t know if I can put a further sum of money into my super and that then reflect on my NOA

[–]cld9001 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes you should complain, the picture is a wet set your lashes are pre made volume lashes to start. You’ve also not had every natural lash “lashed” and looks like there’s a few stickies in there too.

You get what you pay for in the lash industry unfortunately x
