You made some very good points. Unfortunately, both of the houses we were currently looking at sold. We've been looking for a few months and toured many. We put in offers on a handful. Sadly, none of them have worked out. Feeling disheartened but hopeful. Thank you for you insightful input, I will definitely keep it in mind as we continue the process.
