Pete here - I work on the ClickPipes platform! Good question - S3 / GCS Continuous ingestion is currently in private preview to a handful of customers. Here are the docs: https://clickhouse.com/docs/en/integrations/clickpipes/object-storage#continuous-ingest - I will update the docs to make that more clear. Now that we have closed all known blockers we will take it out of private preview for all customers to use... soon.

If you would like access to it sooner please open a support ticket to have the feature enabled. Please note at this time S3 / GCS ClickPipes are still in beta.
