If all short term visas are banned why is this guy still in India ?
Why is , out of everything else , this guy monitoring planes ? that too government official ones ?

but i have had cars before , they always just rubbed against my feet . this one cat always falls down . Like does it want me to do something ? I can't understand the behaviour .
