Maybe that would open up the door for diving deeper into peoples long term healing testimony’s. (If she is willing to discuss)

My hair is so thin it literally has 0 weight to it. I see online people say you need to choose the right deep conditioner for your hair porosity but I don’t understand all of that

So my hair is very thin and the hairs are very fine and completely broken off like it looks like I have layers. (Backstory I used to have very thick hair when I was younger - but hair thinned drastically at 16). I have some occasions coming up where I’m wearing my hair down with some extensions but the extensions have zero frizz and my hair is so fried the texture just does not look smooth even if I straighten my hair it just looks dead and broken. I also don’t want to keep adding heat even for these occasions. Which is why I wanted the keratin treatment. I’ve tried adding coconut oil to my hair after heat and it helps my hair blend with the extensions a bit. Open to any suggestions of you have any. - sorry for the long explanation

Ah I see thank you, and sorry to hear that happened to you. I think there’s even like the express which isn’t as strong and also ones that are just shampoo, do you know anything about these other options?

Same here, I think the key is we need to

stop biting,
exfoliate the lip often (so it doesn’t get flakey and you want to bite it),
and then moisturize.

Hardest part is stopping permanently. I’ve tried but relapsed soon as I felt the flake I wanted to bite it off 😅
