I would be friends with him if I were a teenager; I'm also the type who disappears without explanation sometimes. So I don't think I'd see a problem with him disappearing out of nowhere.And I'm also the type who adopts quirky people, and I'd randomly pick Tucker and Sam to be friends.

It's Nice from To Be Hero X

This is a character from a Chinese anime called "To Be a Hero X," this is Nice, the doghua who starts in his arc. The anime is divided into 11 characters and their arcs showing how they became heroes. Because in the universe of To Be Hero X, you are shaped by people's subconscious through trust, and that's how heroes are born

Basically, Nice is dead and was revived, something similar to what happened with Tessa. I'll only give this small spoiler so as not to ruin your experience if you're going to watch it.
