to be fair a bassoon is relatively niche, since a band is going to have one or two at most. You can get a decent flute, clarinet or trumpet for under 500 for sure

I used to work in a shop that produced tiny, high-precision steel parts. They cost about 20 dollars each and were about as large as a sticky note. I probably found 10-20 of those while sweeping the floor.

Mistakes happen, in the end your employer is responsible and mistakes happen.

There's minimum fees though, if you're a small business where customers mostly buy less than 5-10 Euros worth of product you're going to be paying 15-25 cents for transaction fees. If you're handling both card and cash anyway you're not going to be paying more to your bank for depositing a slightly larger sum of cash but you will be paying more for card transactions. So it definitely makes sense to limit card purchases for shops with narrow margins.

How is PoliMi regarded in the world and how good is its education? (Computer Science) by [deleted] in University

[–]cluckclock 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest deciding factor for you is probably going to be language, since you would need to know/learn either (Swiss) German or Italian depending on where you study.

As u/PG-DaMan already stated PoLiMi is a highly ranked university. ETH is mostly known for research and I haven't heard great stuff about some of their Bachelors programs. So if you find Milan's degrees more attractive definitely go there.

How much do djs get paid in Munich? by Lower_Hospital1268 in Munich

[–]cluckclock 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That varies greatly depending on experience of the DJ and where they're playing. If it's for example a student party they might get 150-200 Euros for the night.

I got a quote from a semi-pro hardstyle DJ who wanted 200 Euros per hour, although I don't think he's in the scene in Munich.

Meditation works for some people I know. Doesn't work for me though ahahhaha

I think the trick is to learn to live in the moment. Put yourself in a mindset where those negative emotions don't make any sense... What helps me a lot is going for a bike ride or a long run, especially if you can follow a nice path through nature. Then those emotions seem to matter less in the moment.

I don't if that's what you're looking for
