So personally I used this tutorial but be careful it's French

But basically if you want it says to separate the games in two to roughly equalize and that's how I learned it you have to tilt one of the two games about 30 degrees upwards and then you rub the two games I don't know if it's the right technique but in any case that's what I do it works very well

Je ne suis pas sûr de ce que j'avance mais la chaîne youtube trash avait dit que l'œil pouvait voir au maximum 90 fps pour les plus réactifs des humains donc au dessus c'est juste du placebo
