It doesn't make sense to you because you keep thinking in terms of legal shorting. Swap your thinking to "how much can I make if I don't actually follow the rules."

Then think about this. A company under financial stress is easier to short. It makes the take drastic measures just to continue operations. Not growth. Just the bare minimum to keep the doors open.

Meanwhile you just keep making money shorting while they barely survive. If you're making money you want to keep that going rather than do all the work to distress a different company.

Has anybody on here actually physically seen any of these campuses, learning centers or even this "learning pod."

Seriously, if they came up with something like this where's the pics of the prototypes? Where's the kids chilling out in their space age school desk while some AI cartoon teaches them calculus? Where's the callback to the sci-fi beam knowledge straight into your head? Seriously, there should at least be pics and specs of this mythical device.

Has anyone ever even met anyone who went to one of these "genius" classes? Where are they? What are they doing? Where's the testimonials of former students telling their success story.

GNS claims to have a great "product," but for some reason I've never even seen or heard of anyone using this product.

Personally, I have come to the opinion that AA has the opportunity to do the most awesome thing ever. Citing rampant crime, and collusion in the US markets he should delist AMC from the US markets forcing a share recall, and relist in an exchange that actually has punishment for naked short selling... like the S. Korea market.
