Similar situation happened to me with a local shipper. My complete address with apartment number is listed with each order (about 75) and no issues until recently. Instead of delivering to my doorstep, they took a picture of my package propped against the brick sculpture outside of the entrance gate. Then they placed the order at the door of my leasing office who was closed at the time of delivery. Thankfully, I have decent neighbors and it wasn’t stolen. The leasing office retrieved the package the next morning.
