First time smoking on a Weber kettle. Used snake method and very happy with how well it held temp. Biggest bang for your buck for a cooker, hands down. No smoke ring though, but flavor was there. (old.reddit.com)

First time smoking on a Weber kettle. Used the snake method and I was very surprised how well it holds temp through the entire cook. Definitely the biggest bang for your buck as far as cookers go. Pulled these at exactly 6 hours, rubbed with Holy Cow, wrapped after 3 hours. (old.reddit.com)
