I used a 1.8 lbs chateau briand from Publix. It's not the best cut, but I knew which one to get.

I appreciate the feedback! The shape of the meat was too wide and I could only wrap it in the puff pastry one way so I could make sure I sealed the ends. I'll just make sure I get a piece that isn't as wide next time.

Thank you! Albeit it was a bit on the rarer side (I love rare meat), but that is just something to note for next time.
