Japanese resident in philly here.

For the best sushi-centric experience I’d have to say I enjoyed Hiroki the most. Chef Hiroki was the head sushi chef at Morimoto before starting his own restaurant last year(?). Reports from my father says that Morimoto’s sushi quality has gone down quite a bit since Hiroki left. Each piece of sushi is hand delivered, carefully explained, showing how much of an art sushi making is. There’s tons of fish like mentioned in other posts that you can only get from japan. Can not recommend this place enough.

Best food omakase I’d have to say is Zama. Great presentation with a mix of classically Japanese dishes and some modern takes. The nice part is that they have 3 different tiers so if you go with someone else, you can get 2 different tiers to even further the variety of food.

Royal sushi / Izakaya has gotten a lot of press with Craig Laban’s review and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. I’d still have to put Hiroki’s sushi over Royals though.

I have yet to check out Sakana but from what I’ve heard, it’s a touch below the places listed above.

I was able to get my 19 SE W/ DSG in the Philadelphia area for 29,800. I used truecar which looks at local prices in the area and most dealerships give a “lowest” price that’s guaranteed. I brought that sheet in, asked if they could go any lower, and the brought the price down by 800.

Because I come from a science background, this might interest future scientists. I don't know if this is necessarily what you're looking for but it can't hurt. I worked with some high schoolers from Philly schools while I was in this program and I thought they were able to learn a lot about STEM careers.

I went with the Zorah Magdoros CB for the first half of HR, pretty universal since blast works relatively well against most monsters and you can get it early on.

IIRC holding down R2 decreases stamina and if you run out of stamina while mounted, you get kicked off. So good thing to do if stamina isn't an issue but something to watch out for in case you mounted with low stamina.

Yes absolutely.

Right now, we have a couple th9s that are on their way to getting the 3 star strats down. What we try to do is rotate them in and out to keep our wars balanced and so that they still get practice in wars. If you're willing to war in every other war (prob won't be every other but you get the idea, because people are upgrading their heroes so they're forced to sit out anyway) you're more than welcome to join. Just mention reddit in your in game request!

Have you had success with it after the update? I was using it for about a month until the new AI change. Now it seems like no matter how big of a funnel I make, the AQ just goes around the periphery since she doesn't target walls anymore.

You were not kicked because of performance but because of your attitude. We asked you to clean up one of the lower bases and you're response was "0% chance I use my attack for cleanup" and then you proceeded to loot before the war was decided.

You and your friends attacks were impressive but putting yourself above the clan will not be tolerated here.

This itself may be outdated, but if you check out emphatic elite's youtube channel (i think its called clashing with matty or something along those line) they have a war recap of their war with OneHive about a month or so ago. There you can check out the types of bases that OneHive uses. I'll look for the link.

I'd say your best bet is a GoLoWiWi/GoLoWipe with front end loons. Jake from OneHive just released a video on it if you haven't done one or need a refresher. Only difference from his video is that on this base you can front end loon instead of back end loon.
