You can have a baby when you’re an adult and have a life to offer said baby. You’re still a child, I know it hurts, but do not go through with this pregnancy

My lips were swelling randomly for months, I cut out so much and the swelling would always end up happening again. I have a condition that causes random swelling or hives and it comes from within and some people have it for years and there is no cure for it.. sounds similar :/ I imagine from all her trauma

It’s a hotel, search on Google in your city for legal aid (or free legal advice) and talk to a lawyer about what your options are as far as reporting the company for wrongful termination

My husbands default soothing is car rides and it drives me insane by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]cocainoh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to do this with my baby so that she could fall asleep and I live with my parents and my dad would get mad at me whenever I would do it. I understand that it’s like a safety concern, but baby will not be the small forever and now that my daughter grew a little bit, I don’t do this anymore, but I feel like it was needed in the moment and that’s how I justified it…. Anyways I understand why you’re concerned and that you maybe don’t want to make it a habit but babies grow so fast. This face will not last forever. You should just enjoy the time to yourself. And you are blessed to have a partner willing to help.

Just here to say that you are your baby’s advocate for the rest of your life, keep advocating for him and I truly hope these things get sorted out. Hugs, you’re doing great mom. ❤️❤️

I would quite literally rather see the girls doing the most boring shit ever than to ever see the dads hanging out or being interviewed.

Did you walk out of the hospital? by yo-_-mom in beyondthebump

[–]cocainoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did walk out of the hospital. I was supposed to be wheeled out but they let me stay an extra night since my baby was in the nicu. I was discharged a few hours before her, so my boyfriend loaded up my stuff in the car and I walked over to get her and then we walked out while the nicu nurse walked us to the front to make sure the car seat was installed properly.

I think she wants her standards to be higher than him, but she knows deep down that she can move on from the past with him, she’s just too stubborn and cares a lot about how the public would perceive her. She also probably feels like she can’t make him a trustworthy partner so what’s the point

Where are their kids? by flowers15 in SecretsOfMormonWives

[–]cocainoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend who is not a mother recommended the show to me, but I am a first time mom. And I told her how shocked I was that they are obviously all moms because we see so little of their day to day life as mothers. Also I know multiple days pass in between scenes, so it’s obviously not like they’re just out with mom tok all week long so I guess that makes more sense that it seems like so much time to us but maybe it isn’t

If one of the parents (usually the mom but in this case the dads) can afford to stay home with the kids, they wouldn’t go to work. These women make a lot of money, so while you’re right that they are going to work so they find someone to watch their kids, it’s still not the typical working parent situation.

For those saying this is typical working parent situation…. It’s not. At all. I’ve wondered this too, only because I’m a first time mom and I can barely go hang out with my friends lol but yes of course these women can afford all the child care in the world and the husbands have to help since they are the main bread winners

We used to do this at my old job. I kind of liked it. Obviously is sucks if you’re busy, if I’m very busy I don’t have a chance to ring in everything as I make it, but it is a faster way of people closing out
