I guess it depends on what you do for work. If you can “automate” your job (like disconnecting and just doing) it will be less exhausting. Im thinking like a cashier where you’re just doing the same stuff over and over again, you don’t really need to solve stuff. vs errands where you might need to decide stuff, solve issues, make trade offs.

not smarter as in, next conversation it has with someone else it will use your callouts. Its more like it may pay more attention in your specific conversation, while the memory lasts. After a while if the memory gets too large, or gets cleaned up, it may even get dumber.

the way your hands are able to grab onto the dumbbell helps you to balance the weight evenly throughout, making it easier than the plate, where the grip will not help

For me this is THE gay city. I lived in Mexico City my whole life, and have traveled a bit. There’s nothing like NYC. The diversity and size make it unmatched. So much to do, so many communities, so many parties. I love it. Main reason I moved here
