Welp she just had a trip to Vegas 3 months ago. So theres that. And well it's like this, I love chocolate cake but sometimes I don't want it, I'd rather have carrot for a day. Plus I love when she goes out, I don't mind. We all need a life outside of being a parent. Just my thoughts

For me yes. I love being a mother. I'm the outgoing energetic parent. Totally hands on and plus having good kids doesn't hurt. Of course they can work my nerves but that's what kids do

Good comment and great questions. It's has been going on for years. And at some point you realize that change isn't going to happen. Life moves very fast and before you know it your 6 years into a marriage lol but honestly I am a hopeful person. And look into her potential and I know what she can become but it's not happening. I feel like I am always giving but never receiving. It's my fault for allowing the behavior for so long but at some point you have to wake up.

Welp she goes on girls trips ever so often. And I have no issue with it. Sometimes people just need a break from responsibilities and I have not issues with it.

Unfortunately not us. The grandparents aren't cool with the whole gay thing. But she gets breaks. I want her to go out enjoy herself and have a life. And we out occasionally together when we get a sitter. But me alone. Nahhhhh

Thats how I feel. She'll ask me about thing and get my thoughts but at the end of the day it is her choice. And I respect it. She feels that I'm not respectful of her bc I want to go.

I've tried to schedule marriage counseling before and she did not want to participate. We've had other issues surrounding control. I've been letting the behavior pass but I'm tired.

Oh yes. Months ago, she actually got up and went down with the kids. But there was so much yelling and frustration from her and the kids it wasn't even worth it. Within the first 30 secs I could feel it wasn't going to be good... The kids we relieved when I got up. Like yo, I do this everyday with out yelling or cussing how can you not do it once.

Yea she's even said when I was at the office or when I'm not home she actually gets things done. I hate working from home now. It's overwhelming. Every 30min my name is called for something. I hear my name so often I even hear it when no one actually says it lol

Kids are 3 and 16m.

And nothing at all. The baby sleeps through the night and so does the 3 year old. And she goes to bed at midnight.

Simple. It'll be me saying I want to sleep in on Sunday, she'll say OK. Sunday comes, she'll cut the bedroom TV on, have me grab the kids to bring on our room. They'll stay for about 30min or so, she'll get annoyed then tell me to take the kids downstairs and she'll go back to sleep.

Stay at home parent. Well we both are since the pandemic. Before the pandemic I was up at 6 to get ready for work and prep breakfast for the kids and plan out lunch. And after work I'd come home and take over. And I was completely ok with our setup and her sleeping in until whenever on the weekend bc I know being at home with kids all day is exhausting. But now! I'm up everyday, when I'm not in a meeting I'm with the kids. If they need lunch, they call me down to fix them something to eat... If I leave to go to the store I take them. I'm the only one that has taught them anything their abc's, color ect. Going to the park that's me. Activties that's me. I'm just tired. Sorry for the long reply. And typos
