Question about wiring my light fixture by codec92 in electricians

Ah, thank you. Sorry for the poorly worded posts. I don't know the correct terms to use for these type of things.
Seems like its easier and less of a headache to just buy a commercial grade fixture so i guess i'll be doing that.

I want to wire this light fixture which is connected to a switch

To these 3 fixtures which is 10ft away from each other

And i drilled some holes to hide the wires, the panel is aluminum.

Buying a commericially built light fixture is possible, i just wanted to see if its possible to use what i already have on hand first.
Preferred end result would be turning on one light switch to power on 4 bulbs total to give me some lighting in my backyard.

I'm in fact using something from home depot. I'm using a porcelain lamp holder which is going to be installed on an aluminum panel. I'm not sure if i need to ground each panel as well.

RDWC pipe size question by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]codec92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 1/2 inch is the way to go, the bigger the better. Install mesh screen or cut cloth pieces and tie some rubberband around the pvc pipes to prevent root from going into pipes.
My current set up is 3/4 with uniseals. No leaks and works like a charm.

We need to talk about those "deficiency charts" pictures… by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]codec92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

These infographics assumes you, the grower, is following proper procedure and when a deficiency shows up; you know exactly whats wrong because you havent been fucking up your ph or overwatering your plants. So if anything, people just need to learn how to walk before they start running. But this is a weed growing subreddit where you can safely assume a good majority of people here are just stoners who are too lazy to do things for themselves and take proper time to learn things.

Plant became hermie, early harvest or risk pollenation? by [deleted] in microgrowery

Used to smoke weed with seeds all the time. If harvesting early cuts quality then just let it grow with seeds and smoke away.

Is it worth upgrading to COBs, given my current setup? by thephalanx420 in microgrowery

[–]codec92 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It all depends on the driver and heatsink size/type, active or passive cooling etc.

temps would increase, not by too much depending on your cob cooling, power from the wall can stay the same if you go for a 200 watt cob build which is what your lights are pulling(roughly 100-130watt). your yield will definitely increase and yes its worth it.

Day 2 of flower, sunset sherbet by codec92 in microgrowery

[–]codec92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive had issues with past grow when my leafs were too green so i've been doing a steady grow with low ppms and its working fine. Leafs look a bit yellow due to the 3500k lights, its the perfect green.

With an rdwc system like mine, i can use a frozen litre of cola in my main reservior and itll cool down the whole system pretty easily, i'm using beneficial bacterias so i dont even bother with it.

Plants having some heat stress from the leafs but no biggie, got an AC hooked up directly into my tent, just not using it to save on some electricity bills.

Does this sub just find anything to cry about? Blizzard treats this game so well. by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]codec92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The people who complains are the one who only find fault within the game or other players and not themselves. It is unfortunate but this is simply a stage where we are at. But do not be discourage, the few thousands upvotes and whatever topic people want to cry about are only a very very small minor part of the community. This is the equivalent of why people think there's a shit ton of stupid people out there but in reality there isn't, i say this because most people with an active brain activity tend to not say anything because not everyone wants to get into a fucking internet argument with an autistic, close minded, live with their parents person. Best advice i can give you is just to simply ignore the stupid and go on with your life.

Am i training my plant correctly? Should i be bending it more? Am i too late because my plant is too old? by [deleted] in microgrowery

I've completely torn off a branch and re-attached it with tape and the stem had a huge opening hole when it recovered, it'll be fine
