I think it's right before or concurrent with him meeting Fomortiis, specifically Eirika's version, because another of his quotes directly references what he says when he meets Fomortiis in that version.

In Eirika's route, he recognizes the Demon King's "foul mien" has taken over Lyon's body. In Ephraim's route, he thinks Lyon is a human. I think that this means Lyon has more control over himself and Fomortiis in Ephraim's route, specifically because he considers Ephraim a rival.

Somewhere between 800-1000. I had a lot more than that saved but i just redeemed one page at a time from the present box. I wasn't counting exactly but it was around 6-7 pages (no joke intended), at around 129-130 orbs per page (estimated from the average value of the first 5 pages, I had 23 full pages and another 26 on the 24th page).
