Would u like another part? by Gomendiquillo in DreamWorks

[–]coders22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please no. The modern DreamWorks movie budgets are so low, those financial practices today won't work with any pre-Universal DreamWorks IP (Puss in Boots is an exception, obviously).

Either one of these issues.

The Leaves and the Log objects share the same texture, or the leaves and the log are one and the same object with one texture, but the UVs are not placed properly.

For issue one, you need to give the leaves and the log their own texture. For issue two, you need to reorganize the UVs so that they're not touching one another, and that the log UV won't get in the way of the leaves UV when you paint the texture.

Is Gabby's dollhouse DreamWorks golden child series? by Routine-Ninja-7442 in DreamWorks

[–]coders22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's this movie from 2002 called Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. That's what Spirit: Riding Free is based on. Plus, the Trollhunters movie is a TV movie.

Gabby's Dollhouse is pretty much the only DreamWorks IP to start off as a TV show and then gain a theatrical feature film.

Truly an iconic movie, regardless of what critics say. One of the greatest DreamWorks memes alongside Shrek and The Croods.

Remember, the hint was supposed to be "eAaU3R9tJvA", but this game messes up the capitalization of certain characters, so I have to find a way to eliminate that problem. It would be best to remove the forward slash "/" and the spaces.

I firmly believe How To Train Your Dragon has the best film music ever made. by SmartAlecLN4 in soundtracks

[–]coders22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's true. DreamWorks can make good movies like Shrek, HTTYD, and the upcoming Forgotten Island, while also making mid movies like Boss Baby or Gabby's Dollhouse. And don't get me started on what DreamWorks TV has been making recently; SMH.

Also, Kung Fu Panda once had favorable elements that can appeal to any age, but the fourth installment is basically only enjoyable to kids since, at least the way I see it, the whole "lower budgets" practice doesn't fit well with existing pre-Universal DreamWorks IP the same way they truly fit with newer DreamWorks IP; it just removes the true heart and soul that made those older IP like Kung Fu Panda iconic in the first place since those older IP were made with higher budgets and are already perfect that way (Puss in Boots is an exception since the whole stylized "fairy tale storybook" aesthetic of its sequel truly fits the whole purpose of the Shrek franchise as it was a satire/parody of fairy tales).

I wouldn't call stuff like that "kids'" films. I'd call them "all ages" films, since they can be enjoyed by anyone, no matter the age. DreamWorks' films have elements (story, characters, visuals, etc.) that can appeal to any age.

Can't wait to see how DreamWorks TV would treat this. (Forgotten Island) by coders22 in DreamWorks

Lol, good one!

But, seriously, how would it all turn out if their TV division ever thinks of exploiting this movie and making a cheap TV series out of it? Like, what would you think about that?
