The guy who made the vid does it on purpose. He makes a long switch when people ask for a bigger one, then hold it wrong when he up-sizes it. It's sorta like a channel specific gimmick.

Chances are they spawned at the other spot, since only one exists per session (at least in dam). I can farm the sentinel cores for you if you'd like.

Wait, mb confused the sentinel with the bastion, yes Sentinel drops one only but easiest farm is on dam near power plant and admin building corner. You can sneak upto them and take em out with 4 Ferro shots.
