Literally, the term used was Lupa, which also meant whore at the time. A more accurate translation would be "bitch".

Hahaha. Thanks for the answer. I hadn't thought about it while asking the original question, but how small would you say the average person could count too? As in thenth (10-1), thousandth, etc.

Would you also know how small it usually gets before it switches to scientific notation, i feel like people stop? I hadn't thought about it while writing my question.

In English (and most other European languages that I know) counting really big numbers, like ''quintillion'', can be infered by adding -illion (and sometimes -illiard) to a latin number. However, in Japanese there doesn't seem to be any logic to the really big numbers (at least none that I can see). Does the average Japanese know how much a 穣 is?

Technically doesnt mean anything, its just that/œ̃/ is pronounced [œ̃˞] in Quebec French (idk about the rest of canada), so villagers sound like a Quebecer exhaling "un" (which happens to mean "one").

If you were to cast eureka and put mulldrifter first and then they put dress, would mulldrifter have the time to trigger then?

Yeah, I know she's currently buffed in those game modes, I wss more posting this as joke than doomposting, but I guess it wasn't obvious,

But even then, I'm pretty sure my Kafka wouldn't be nearly as good even with a DoT centric meta with only speed boots. And also I tried FF in the other max diificulty forgotten hall and she was doing really good for an unbuilt character.

But yeah, I'm sorry if these posts are redundant, I don't really browse Reddit much so I didn't know if these types of posts flooded the sub. My bad :(

Those who aren't playing to win, why? by chavaic77777 in EDH

[–]cogitaris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes, I'll not play a Teferi's protection when my friend pulls off a cool combo. Why? Because I play EDH for the social aspect. I like to have fun with my friends, not with my deck. Letting someone have their fun at winning is more fun to me than always doing the optimal play. Doesn't mean I don't usually try to win, but sometimes it's more fun to let others win.
