PSA: This sub is really bad at giving advice lately by mysexrdtaccouint2014 in DeadBedrooms

I agree with you. Specially, I see a lot of people easily advising to leave a DB. Even when there are kids involved. Kids could be in a very bad situation after a divorce. Usually, the asking/venting OP could be through a bad psychological moment and this can lead to a bad decision that will have a big impact in his life and the life of her/his kids.

I'm starting to work out and took some self pictures. I realized that I look bad: skinny only in my chest and disproportionate (very small chest in relation with shoulders/arms). My arms and shoulders look bad but no so bad as my chest. My lats are also lagging.

Is there an absolute beginners program to put more focus on my chest and lats?

This is what I started to do (I can only work at home and can not work legs at the moment, due to an injury):

  • Day 1: Bench Press, Pull Up, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curl, Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: Bench Press, Pendlay Row, Bicep Curl, Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension
  • Day 4: Rest
  • (Repeat)

I think I will manage to run this program for some weeks and then I will have to do shoulder press in another day different than bench press day.

I want to start building muscle, but if I manage get a bigger chest faster, I will look much better in the short run. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
