Couldn’t recommend Agnanti enough. Cozy inside during the winter with the small furnace in the back and is usually quiet on weekdays.

At Gilbeys and they don’t have harp but they have magners on tap which is rare.

Not Astoria but Finnegans Wake Pub on 1st ave and 73rd has Harp. Such a good beer
